Coulee Gamers, Inc. is committed to fostering gaming around the Coulee Region. We believe that bringing together gamers has the power to improve the lives of individuals and the welfare of our community. As part of our commitment, we donate games to clubs, classrooms, and other organizations that create inclusive gaming spaces with a focus on youth and families.
By inclusive spaces, we mean gaming spaces where:
- Everyone is known by their preferred name and pronouns.
- Everyone is treated with respect.
- Everyone is listened to and included in games.
- Forms of bullying, harassment, sexism, racism, homophobia, and hate-based talk are prohibited.
- Clear policies and procedures ensure that issues are addressed if they arise.
Our goal is to support the creation and sustainability of inclusive gaming spaces across the Coulee Region. We seek partners who share our passion and are actively promoting inclusive games in their own communities. We welcome requests from clubs, classrooms, community groups, and individuals managing inclusive gaming spaces.
Requests for games or gaming materials can be submitted through the form below. As a small nonprofit, we aim to spread our support among as many clubs, classrooms, and organizations as possible. Please note that Coulee Gamers, Inc. does not fund stipends, payments to individuals, or general expenses. If your request is approved, Coulee Gamers, Inc. will contact you to arrange purchase the games and delivery.
